So far this is really fun. You're able to establish strong world building in a short period of time. I'm interested in both the protagonist and the past residents/employees of the hospital. One quick note is a spelling error early on in the game, at the decrepit building. I believe you meant to spell signage instead of “sinage”, and facade instead of “fascade”. I'd really like to see this as a finished game and I hope you get to complete it!
I think the concept of the game and setting is very good. The incentive to keep going forward to save your dog works very well. It was a bit confusing when some of the passages had no text, specifically when you look in certain drawers or rooms, but you do state at the start that it's unfinished.
The biggest fix that I saw being needed was that you can't view the map in the inventory or view the map button after you pick it up. The image for the map just doesn't show up so it seems pointless because of that.
Finding out about the nurse's relationships also seems a bit pointless at this point in the game, but I assume that there is some reason the player is learning this information later.
The mechanic format you chose, with the hp at the top and the inventory system, works very well although I didn't lose very much health when I played.
I think what you have is a very good start to a good creepy horror game.
